Daisy Rockwell is a painter, writer and translator, living in the United States. She has PhD in South Asian literature and has translated numerous works of fiction from Hindi and Urdu, including Upendranath Ashkâs Falling Walls and Bhisham Sahniâs Tamas (both published by Penguin India).
